Our Story

From Athlete to Healer

The story of Healo Wellbeing is deeply intertwined with a personal transformation—a journey that began on the cricket field and evolved into a lifelong pursuit of holistic health and healing.

For 16 years, semi-professional cricket shaped discipline, resilience, and passion for human performance. However, a severe back injury coupled with the disruptions of COVID-19 led to a deeper quest for knowledge in movement, recovery, and overall well-being.

The Journey

A Path to Healing

This quest led to specialization in Strength & Conditioning, injury prevention, and biomechanical analysis—developing a scientific understanding of how the human body moves, recovers, and performs.

To expand understanding of mind-body integration, a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (accredited by the US Yoga Alliance) at the Rishikesh Yoga Association transformed perspectives. Yoga became more than a practice—it became a way of life.

A Master's in Strength & Conditioning from Coventry University's Department of Sports and Exercise Science in the UK provided deep, evidence-based understanding of athletic performance, rehabilitation protocols, exercise prescription, performance analysis, and coaching psychology.

Immersion in the art of Sound Healing, learning to use singing bowls and vibrational techniques to restore energy balance, aid relaxation, and facilitate deep healing, reinforced the belief that healing extends beyond the physical—it is a harmony of body, mind, and spirit.
